InTouch Massage & Movement is a private-pay practice. Services are not billed directly to insurance, and payment is due at the time of service.
Scheduling & Booking
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online through the Book Now button, or by contacting me directly. Online scheduling allows you to see available times and select the session type that fits your needs.
Do you offer different session lengths?
Yes, session lengths vary depending on the service. Options are listed in the online booking system.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
This policy ensures your reserved time is available for other clients and supports the sustainability of this solo practice.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. Full payment is still required.
What to Wear
For massage therapy, you will be appropriately draped at all times.
For therapeutic yoga, wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Modifications will be provided as needed.
Scope of Practice
I am a licensed massage therapist and yoga practitioner, not a medical doctor. I provide therapeutic massage and movement guidance, but I do not diagnose medical conditions. For medical concerns, please consult your physician.
Safety & Hygiene
All sessions are conducted in a clean, safe environment.
Standard hygiene and sanitization protocols are followed between every client.
